Homes in Ballwin have averaged 16 days on the market, with listings viewed 3.5 times more than the national average. Ballwin’s median listing price of $409,000 also reflects strong demand while still offering value compared to other hot markets.

🎭 Chesterfield Amphitheater Renovations Approved

The Chesterfield Amphitheater is set for a major upgrade. The Chesterfield City Council has greenlit a $2.4 million renovation of the amphitheater's backstage area. Plans include a new building with dressing rooms and showers, aiming to attract more prominent performers to the 3,500-seat venue. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2025.
