Ballwin's housing market is thriving. The 63021 zip code ranked #2 on realtor.com's 2024 Hottest Zip Codes list published this week. Homes in Ballwin have averaged 16 days on the market, with listings viewed 3.5 times more than the national average. Ballwin’s median listing price of $409,000 also reflects strong demand while still offering value compared to other hot markets.

🎭 Chesterfield Amphitheater Renovations Approved

The Chesterfield Amphitheater is set for a major upgrade. The Chesterfield City Council has greenlit a $2.4 million renovation of the amphitheater's backstage area. Plans include a new building with dressing rooms and showers, aiming to attract more prominent performers to the 3,500-seat venue. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2025.

⚽️ Eureka Soccer Park Nears Completion
