🏚️ Old Ballwin PD Building Coming Down

Ballwin's landscape is evolving. The old Police Department building, constructed in 1970, is being removed. This multi-purpose structure once housed various city departments, including Police, Parks & Recreation, and local Courts. The demolition marks a significant change for the area and will result in more open space for residents to enjoy.

🛶 Learn to Kayak at River's Edge Park

River's Edge Park in Chesterfield is hosting a kayaking event for beginners in September. The multi-day/week event will consist of four sessions taught by certified instructors. The $25 classes, open to ages 15+, will cover whitewater techniques on September 7, 22, and October 1. Morning and evening time slots are available, river levels permitting. 🥫 Cops Can the Hunger in Creve Coeur

The Creve Coeur Police Department's food drive is now in full swing. Since August 19, they've been collecting canned goods and non-perishables for the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry. Their goal is to fill an entire police car with donations by September 3. There's still time to contribute at the Police Department lobby.

⚽ Tiny Kickers to Take Over Des Peres Park

Des Peres Park is set to become a hub of soccer activity this fall. The Lodge and Scott Gallagher SC are introducing a 6-week soccer clinic for kids aged 2-5 and 6-10. 🏫 School's In, Pool's Out: Edge Hours Shift
