🏙️ Mall's Last Day: Chesterfield's New Dawn
Tomorrow marks the end of an era for the Chesterfield Mall. As the doors close for the last time, plans are in motion for an exciting urban renewal project. The redevelopment will create a new city center, featuring a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Macy's will be repurposed, with retail on the ground floor and offices above.
🛣️ Baxter Road Upgrade Complete
After two years of construction, St. Louis County’s Baxter Road project has reached completion. The extensive renovation included road widening, resurfacing, and a new shared-use path through Ballwin and Manchester. County officials report that the road's condition has improved significantly, rising from a 3.5 rating to a perfect 10.

🚗 MoDOT Improving Wild Horse Creek Road
Construction is underway on a new roundabout at Route CC (Wild Horse Creek Road) and Highway 109 in Wildwood. MoDOT's project, which began in early 2024, is currently paused as contractors work on cost-saving measures. The project aims to improve traffic flow and safety, with completion expected by late 2025.
