🌪️🏠 New Construction Spotlight - Wildwood: Much of the West St. Louis County area was impacted by the severe storms and tornados that swept through our communities this past weekend. It is during these times that we are reminded how much we value our homes. A home is one of our biggest assets and a smart investment. It’s an opportunity to build equity in something that truly gives back and serves a purpose. A home is a place of comfort, security and safety. It is important to do a thorough check of your property after enduring intense weather. Look for missing shingles, siding, fascia or trim. Evaluate the condition of trees and have any damaged branches or leaning trees removed quickly to avoid injury to yourself or others.
🏠 Budget Friendly Home Updates If you are ready to give your home a fresh look, but don’t have a large enough budget to take on a complete renovation, there are ways to boost your home’s appeal and value affordably.
Freshen up the interior or exterior of your home with a new coat of paint
Upgrade light fixtures inside and out
Improve curb appeal with updated landscaping
Power washing is an expensive way clean and brighten your home’s exterior
Consider a front door upgrade to make a strong first impression
Make a statement with a new garage door
Add an attractive backsplash in the kitchen
Give your kitchen a boost with a new backsplash and upgraded appliances
These small changes can have a significant impact on the value of your home while also improving your quality of life and enjoyment while living there!
