💰 Chesterfield Approves Wildhorse Village Tax
Chesterfield's Wildhorse Village is taking shape, and now it has a funding plan. The City Council set a $.60 per $100 assessed valuation tax for this new 83-acre Special Business District. Bounded by Wildhorse Creek Road and Chesterfield Parkway, the area will use these funds to maintain public infrastructure as development progresses.

Creve Coeur is accepting applications for its Domestic Violence Shelter Fund until November 1st. This fund, created by a $3 fee on guilty pleas in municipal court, has distributed over $357,000 to local shelters since 2014. 🚗 Longview Park Parking Upgrades Approved
Town & Country's Board of Aldermen has approved a parking lot improvement project for Longview Farm Park. The plan includes resurfacing the concrete area near the entrance and making ADA-compliant upgrades. With a budget of $235,000, the project will also address farmhouse drainage issues. Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2025.
