Winter Opera St. Louis is looking to make sweet music in Creve Coeur. The opera company is seeking approval to use a 13,134 square foot building on Research Blvd. for rehearsals, costume storage, and set building. No live performances will be held at the location, which will host up to 30 people during practices.

A long-awaited project is finally moving forward in Eureka. The city has received all necessary approvals to begin replacing the nearly century-old Allenton Bridge. Bids from contractors are due by July 30, with construction expected to start this fall. The new four-lane bridge will improve access to Route 66 and I-44 for several Eureka neighborhoods.
