April Real Estate Update

🌷 Housing Market Blooms with New Growth: Home prices are expected to continue growing as we head into the spring season. Single family homes in suburban areas like West St. Louis County are highly sought after and inventory remains lower than the current demand. As a result, bidding wars and quick sales should be anticipated particularly for well-maintained and updated properties. This is great news for sellers, but a challenge for buyers. A qualified real estate professional can ensure that sellers get top dollar for their homes while also helping buyers use proven strategies to make their real estate dreams come true!

⚖️ Choosing to Buy or Rent in 2025: For many people, deciding whether to buy or rent a home can be a difficult decision. Buying a home offers long-term financial benefits like equity building and tax deductions, while renting a property or an apartment provides flexibility and lower upfront costs. Taking into consideration your individual circumstances and priorities is essential to making the right decision for you!

  • Building Equity

  • Tax Benefits

  • Lower Upfront Costs

  • No Risk of Home Depreciation
